  • Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-aware options.

  • We recommend at least 5 day’s notice for most boardroom function orders. For large events, more time may be required.

  • Our service areas include Sydney CBD and inner-city suburbs. This includes Surry Hills, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Potts Point, Haymarket, Darlinghurst, Circular Quay, The Rocks and Barangaroo. 

  • Absolutely. Our event catering team can work with you to create a bespoke menu suited to your meeting format and preferences.

  • Fossix catering requires a minimum of 24 hours for adjustments to smaller catering orders. For larger catering orders we require a minimum of 48 hours ~ 72 hours, to ensure we can accommodate your guest catering requirements
