Lemon infused chicken with oregano, Lamb shoulder or Grilled Halloumi. Paired with tomato and olive braised beans (Ve), roast potatoes, Greek village salad, roast vegetable medley, with Tzatziki with warm pita.

Fresh salmon (raw or cooked), Teriyaki chicken or grilled steak. Broccolini, roast eggplant, Edamame and cabbage salad with sesame dressing and Brown rice. With pickled ginger, cucumber, Furikake & soy-lime dressing.

Italian Buffet
Lemon–rosemary roast chicken, Porchetta with fennel, roasted barramundi with herbs, with mushroom bolognese (Ve). Penne pasta, tomato & mozzarella salad, rocket, pear & parmesan salad with citrus herb dressing.

Korean BBQ
Gochujang chicken, Bulgogi beef or Crispy pork belly, with sticky sesame tofu (Ve). Paired with Korean vermicelli noodles, garlic & ginger broccolini, crunchy wombok salad and Kimchi.

Authentic Mexician chicken, Picanha beef, Salmon moqueca with Black bean sofrito (Ve). Charred capsicum and onion, corn & tomato salad, brown rice with guacamole & tortilla chips.

Coconut infused chicken, Sticky pork belly, Miso-glazed salmon with sweet potato & chickpea curry (Ve). With honey ginger roast carrots, pineapple, herb & cucumber salad, lime wedges & toasted pilaf.

We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance, but earlier bookings are encouraged, especially for large events or during peak times.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

Your catering is confirmed when your invoice is paid and the monies received. Once paid, your Invoice reflects your agreement with the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
An exception is for Business Catering accounts, where Terms are agreed prior to placing your Catering orders. Terms will be communicated and agreed via email with the Fossix Management team. Full payment is required consistent with your Business Terms, through credit cards or bank transfer.

To cancel a confirmed order, you must notify Fossix in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. In this case, you will receive a credit note for the full order value.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery, Fossix may, at its discretion, issue a credit note. However, if the order is already in preparation, you may be liable for the full order value.
