 FAQ’s

  • Yes you can customise your breakfast catering menu. We offer a range of catering menus designed to make it easy for you to pick and choose. From convenient grab-and-go options to impressive breakfast spreads, our menu suits every office dietary requirement and occasion. 

  • Our delivery hours for corporate catering operations are Monday – Friday, between 8am – 4pm. We do not deliver catering on public holidays or through Christmas to New Year. 

  • All Fossix catering products can be served in shared catering boxes or individually packaged. Consider individual packaging for guests with food sensitivities or to deliver individual guest product serves. 

  • Fossix catering requires a minimum of 24 hours for smaller catering orders. For orders valued $500 or more we require a minimum of 72 hours or three days, to ensure we can accommodate your guest catering requirements.  

  • Our service areas include Sydney CBD and inner-city suburbs. This includes Surry Hills, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Potts Point, Haymarket, Darlinghurst, Circular Quay, The Rocks and Barangaroo.
