Whether you’re organising a boardroom lunch or a sophisticated cocktail function, Fossix delivers refined corporate catering experiences — tailored to your brand, your people, and your goals.

 

 FAQ’s

  • Whether you're hosting a client gathering or a large business event, we’ll bring your event vision to life with consideration for all the planning details. Here’s what we need to get started: a brief from you on the event plan, either business networking, full service dining, cocktail style or something else?  Guest List: How many guests are you planning to host. AV, staging or special setup required?  Your event budget so we can create optimal business value. Fossix Events can offer two-hour beverage packages from $25 per guest and Canapés from $26 per guest. Fossix events require a minimum of two weeks to plan smaller events for 50 guests or less. For larger events we require a minimum of three weeks to accommodate your business requirements and guest catering needs.

    • Yes Fossix offers professional hospitality staff to support your off-site event. All Fossix staff are professionally attired and are qualified with food handling and RSA certification.  

    • Yes Fossix can arrange AV, staging or special setup equipment.  Please advise your event budget so we can create optimal business value.

  • All Fossix catering menus can accommodate specific dietary requirements. We can offer separate plating for guests with food sensitivities or deliver individual guest product serves. Please specify guest dietary requirements when planning your event.
