Customise your orders with a selection of breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea items. Start the day with seasonal granola or bircher cups, egg wraps and sliders, fresh danish, or savoury mini croissants, paired with filter coffee, sparkling water, or juice.

For lunch, choose from our new bowls packed with global flavours and delicious proteins, or opt for our buffet menu featuring a Hawaiian poke bowl bar with fresh ingredients like cured salmon, poached chicken, and lemongrass beef. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fossix offers a wide range of dietary options to cater to various needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal. Please let us know your specific dietary requirements when placing your order.

  • Our minimum order value for delivery is $150.

  • Yes, we offer a variety of breakfast catering options, including pastries, fruit platters, breakfast sandwiches, and more.

  • We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance, but earlier bookings are encouraged, especially for large events or during peak times.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

  • Your catering is confirmed when your invoice is paid and the monies received. Once paid, your Invoice reflects your agreement with the Terms and Conditions outlined below. 

    An exception is for Business Catering accounts, where Terms are agreed prior to placing your Catering orders. Terms will be communicated and agreed via email with the Fossix Management team. Full payment is required consistent with your Business Terms, through credit cards or bank transfer.

  • To cancel a confirmed order, you must notify Fossix in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. In this case, you will receive a credit note for the full order value.

  • For cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery, Fossix may, at its discretion, issue a credit note. However, if the order is already in preparation, you may be liable for the full order value.
