  • Yes, Fossix is committed to ensuring accessibility for all guests. Our corporate function venues are equipped with wheelchair access, disabled access toilets and lifts to all floors, including a cargo lift for larger items. We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for every attendee at your corporate events.

  • Yes, Fossix offers convenient parking solutions for guests. We have on-site paid parking available, ensuring that attendees of your corporate events can easily access your corporate function without any hassle. Detailed parking information and directions are provided upon booking to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all guests.

  • We accommodate most Dietary Requirements if we are pre-advised 10 business days prior to the event. Of course, we will do our best on the day to accommodate if something comes up, however this will not be guaranteed. The Fossix Kitchen teams will do their utmost to ensure allergens are not included in food prepared onsite, however we cannot guarantee zero allergens as our kitchen is used for a wide variety of ingredients daily.

  • Notice of cancellation for a confirmed booking must be given in writing by the Client and received by Fossix with confirmed email. All cancellations incur a loss of full deposit & any monies paid or due to date. Fossix may, at their discretion, consider a date change for events and credit may be given for change or transfer of date. Fossix will not accommodate more than one (1) date change.

  • Any delivery of goods needs to be advised and approved by your event planner, prior to your event. Fossix will not accept any responsibility for goods received and or left on the premises. Items must only be delivered during the bump-in times, outlined on your event run sheet. Due to food hygiene and safety laws, Fossix reserves the right to dispose of consumable items on the premises after your event.
