Berry Cheesecake

A classic baked cheesecake with ripples of berries throughout, and more fresh berries on top. This cake boasts a delicious balance of creamy filling and crunchy biscuit base. Who doesn't love a baked cheesecake.

Ingredients: butternut snap biscuits, butter, cream cheese, sour cream, caster sugar, cornflour, egg, vanilla, fresh raspberry, blueberry and strawberry. 

Serving size: 8" serves 8-10 or 25 bites size. Best eaten the same day, keep refrigerated and consume within two days.
