For move than 6 years, Fossix have been successfully operating premium corporate cafes and in-house office barista bars in the Sydney CBD. It started with a roastery that maintained consistency from start to finish, from green beans to every brewed cup of coffee. Our passion for the little green bean is complimented with our love for wholesome, fresh, flavoursome food. Our cafe menu, catering and event services bring together favourites from our home kitchens with contemporary tastes. We source our produce from local suppliers and our eggs are free range. We bake all our own cakes, slices and sweet treats in-house every day. We take pride in updating our menu based on whatever fresh produce is in season, complimented artisan Australian wine and premium cheese selections. We fossick for fresh, full & flavoursome ingredients to bring delicious, nourishing and creative dishes to the table for our customers to enjoy over and over again.
